1. What is Purely Petal?

Purely Petal is an online beauty and personal care store offering a wide range of cosmetics, skincare essentials, and grooming accessories. We carefully curate products that are trendy, skin-friendly, and suitable for everyday use.


2. Are your products original and safe to use?

Yes. All products listed on Purely Petal are sourced from trusted suppliers and brands. However, since every skin type is different, we always recommend performing a patch test before using any new product.


3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

COD availability depends on your pincode.
If COD is available for your area, it will be shown at checkout.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email/SMS.
You can use this link to check real-time delivery updates.


5. How long does delivery take?

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 4–8 business days depending on your location and courier service.


6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

No. Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, order cancellation or modification is not possible after placing the order.


7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We sincerely apologize if that happens.
In such cases, you are eligible for replacement.

To request a replacement, you must send:

  • Unboxing Video (Uncut, Full)

  • Order ID

  • Product Photos

8. Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Returns are only allowed for wrong / defective / damaged items, and only if a proper unboxing video is provided.


9. When do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is out of stock for replacement.

  • Or your return request has been approved based on evidence.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

11. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we ship only within India.
We will expand international delivery soon 🌍


12. Are the product shades the same as shown in pictures?

We try to display accurate colors, but slight variation may occur due to:

  • Lighting during photography

  • Screen brightness or display settings
    This is normal for all cosmetic products.


13. Is it possible to change my delivery address after order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us immediately.
Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
